      Our 11" x 17" posters are printed in full color on a nice 80# Gloss Cover Stock, roughly 4x thicker than plain paper.

      • 100% Coverage if there is a printing error.

      • 50% Coverage if there is a shipping error.
        • Package is lost or damaged before it gets to the customer.

      • 0% Coverage if there is a customer error.
        • Customer made an error when they ordered.

      To order a reprint, just order like normal and put in the notes if it is 100% or 50% discount along with a small explination about why and what order it was. If we have more questions we will email you.

      If you want to include a packing slip, gift reciept, or gift message. Upload the PDF to the file upload field above in addition to the art print file. We will print it on plain office paper in black and white and include it in your package. Make sure you note which order it matches up with in your notes. There is no additional charge.

      If you want us to inventory any special items like postcards, buttons, or stickers for you, please supply or order those items so we can have them in-stock prior to fulfilling your orders. Each time you order, mention in the notes section that you want those items included in the shipment.
