Puppy Application

Completing this application is the first step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Blessed By Danes but it does not guarantee that you will get a puppy from this litter or any litters in the future. I, the breeder reserve the right to refuse any placement of a puppy at any time for any reason. Once the application has been received and reviewed, we will then schedule a Facetime call to discuss your application. At that time we will discuss any questions you may have. If I feel the call did not go well or that you will not be a good fit for my puppies, I will let you know during the call or immediately after. After you have been approved to purchase a puppy, you will need to place a deposit of $800 on the puppy of your choosing. This will hold the puppy of your choice until 8 weeks of age. I will NOT hold any puppy for any reason without a deposit. I will then also send you the two year health guarantee for you to sign as well as the holding fee agreement. Puppies will be ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age, I will not release them any earlier than this time frame. If you are not able pick up your puppy by their 8th week of age you will need to contact me to make arrangements. There will be a boarding fee of $250 a week to hold your puppy starting at 9 weeks of age. If by the 8th week I have not had any contact from you to arrange pick up of the puppy, then the puppy will be relisted and your reservation fee will be forfeited to the breeder. Reservations can be made by cash app, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo (friends and Family) or cash. FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE AT PICK UP IN CASH! If you are using my flight nanny, full payment of puppy must be paid before the puppy leaves. ALL questions must be completed on this application to Submit!

Our puppies go home on a strict return contact that requires, if you can no longer care for your puppy and need to find a new home for him/her that you must bring him/her back to us. Do you understand and agree to this?*

Do you understand that your reservations fee of $800 will only hold your puppy through 8 weeks of age? If your puppy needs to stay longer, It will need to be arranged prior and there will be a $250 a week boarding fee to hold the puppy past 9 weeks of age and the puppy must be paid in full by 8 weeks of age? *

Do you understand that a puppy purchased from us on limited registration must be spayed/neutered between 18 and 30 months of age and the proof must be provided to me? If this is not done the health guarantee is voided. *
