Terms and Conditions

To finalise your application, please email hotaeducation@experiencegoldcoast.com from your work account with your signature to verify your employment in the Education sector. Please use the subject line “HOTA Teacher's Membership Verification”.

By submitting this verification, you consent to receive education-related communications from HOTA and agree that your response may be used from time to time to promote the value of Arts Education. No identifying information will be included.

The HOTA Teacher Pass:
- Is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and is subject to the general HOTA Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete this form fully and accurately may result in the application being voided.
- By submitting a Teacher Pass application, you confirm that you can provide evidence of your employment in the education sector.
- Your valid HOTA Teacher Pass card must be presented to access benefits.
- HOTA Teacher Pass membership cards and benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged. Only the named cardholder may access the benefits, unless otherwise stated.
- It is the responsibility of the HOTA Teacher Pass holder to notify HOTA of any change of address or contact details by updating their online account.
- HOTA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to vary programs, events, Teacher Pass prices, benefits, and terms as required.
- Any changes to the HOTA Teacher Pass will be communicated via email.
