Summer Fun Camp (4-10 years old):

Camp 1: 22/6 - 26/6

Camp 2: 13/7 - 17/7

Camp 3: 27/7 - 31/7

Camp 4: 3/8 - 7/8

Monday to Friday

11:00-12:30pm

$2,350/ week or $500/day

Venue: Shop G29-30, G/F, The SOUTHSIDE, 11 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, HK

Intensive Certificate Course (White Belt ONLY; 4+ years old)

Course 1:22/6 - 3/7

Course 2: 20/7 - 31/7

Course 3: 3/8 - 14/8

Monday to Friday

3:00-4:30pm

$4,750/ course

(Uniform, belt, grading test guaranteed upon completion of the course from White to Yellow Belt)

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by U&I Korea Taekwondo during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by U&I Korea Taekwondo., I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless U&I Korea Taekwondo and all its respective coaches, staffs, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against U&I Korea Taekwondo, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including basketball. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.
