One and Two-day registrations are available, with several track options to choose from. In-person and virtual registration will remain open until 8 am on each morning of the Conference.

Please note that cancellations must be emailed to office@arizota.org on or before October 7th in orded to receive a refund, minus a $30 processing fee. Refunds for cancellations received after this date are at the discretion of the conference planning committee.

The non-member price includes a one-year ArizOTA membership.

Cadaver-Based Upper Extremity Anatomy Course in Midwestern University's Cadaver Lab$50.00

This Saturday afternoon course is for practitioners only and has a maximum limit of 40 registrants. Contraindications of participating in this course include 1) pregnant or trying to get pregnant and/or 2) known allergy to formaldehyde. A waiver must be completed prior to entrance into the Anatomy Cadaver Lab.

This special event closing out our first day of conference together with fellow attendees will take place on Friday, 10/20 from 5-7. This add-on includes two drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
