Terms & Conditions 1.Your appointment is purely on commission basis. You will be paid commission per plot only on the Base Selling Price (BSP) of the company's listed price from time to time as per company's commission structure. If the plot area is more or less the commission will be apportioned accordingly.
2.Your Services will be under guidance and control of your sponsor. The services include site visits co-ordination, orientation of the project, customer service, support through sales collaterals and various other initiatives helpful in selling. 3.You will be promoted to the next Grade Designation as soon as you achieve the target. The target will be calculated as individual or team sales as a whole.
4.You can also recruit teambelow you and you willbe paid overriding commission on your overall team sales.
5.You have to sell plots as per the terms and conditions of the Membership application form. You also have to achieve the targets as fixed by the company from time to time to be entitled for the various benfits including increase in the basic commissions travel fund, gift, business development fund & various other promotions, subject to Tax Deduction at source & all other Relevant Taxes and Duties.
6.In all the matters not mentioned herein, you shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the company from time to time related your engagement on commission basis.
7.Any violation of the rules or practices of the company will result your termination without notice.
8.The senior marketing team members will be completely responsible and liable for cash payments made without obtaining duly signed official receipts and payments made to unauthorized persons in their respective teams.
9.Payments should be made strictly at our iffice or to our authorized collection executives holding photograph af fixed identity cards and against signed official receipts. In case of unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to re-allot the designations, commissions, targets and other strategic decisions in the best interest of the company.
10.Nobody is authorized to make any promises or commitments other than those mentioned under the above terms and conditions including plot allotment and payment conditions. This is a serious offence and will result in termination with an immediate effect.
11. All Legal matter subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
1. New Application need to be validated by the Team Leader only.
2.ID no. once created is for life time and no changes in ID No. or in hierachy is permitted.
3.Discounts, Offers, Gifts, Schemes etc on the Listed Price either on or Offline will also be treated as a serious offence damaging the company I Product's brand image & company's reputation.
