I, {name}, as the parent or legal guardian of {participantsName}, acknowledge that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu involves physical contact and carries inherent risks. I understand that the training focuses on teaching techniques to control opponents without causing harm. However, like any physical activity, there is a possibility of injuries.

I hereby grant permission for {participantsName} to participate in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training at Labyrinth BJJ with William Watson. I trust that the instructors will prioritize safety and provide proper guidance during the classes. With this understanding, I support {participantsName}'s decision to join the classes and acknowledge the associated risks.

Therefore, I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, release and hold free from liability Labyrinth BJJ, its committee members, other participants and the head instructor William Watson, and any assistant or guest instructors from any and all liability, negligence, claims, demands, actions or causes of actions, or cause of actions resulting from any participation in this sport/activity/class and associated activity.

I understand that while a Gi is not essential to participate in the mentioned course, it is mandatory to have an IBJJF-approved Gi to progress through belt promotions. 

The Gi is added to your order by default. However, if you wish to exclude it, please be aware that while all under 16s are welcome to participate, they cannot progress through IBJJF belt promotions without one.
