  • The Seller guarantees that all vaccinations and dewormings are current at the time the puppy leaves the Breeder’s care. A written vaccination and deworming record will be provided with each puppy.The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of departure from the Breeder. Upon receipt of the puppy, the Buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of the Buyer’s choice to confirm good health.If, upon examination, the puppy is found to have a life-threatening illness or a proven congenital defect, the Breeder must be notified immediately. Written proof must be sent directly from the licensed veterinarian to the Breeder via email within three (3) business days of diagnosis. Documentation submitted by the Buyer will not be accepted.If the claim is validated, the puppy must be returned to the Breeder at the Buyer’s expense, and a replacement puppy will be provided when available. Shipping or transport costs for the replacement puppy are the responsibility of the Buyer.Once the initial veterinary exam is completed, the puppy must receive the second round of vaccinations between 10 and 13 weeks of age. Failure to vaccinate in a timely manner will render this contract void.Routine veterinary care is mandatory. Undocumented vaccinations, vaccines administered by unlicensed individuals, or lack of documented veterinary oversight will void this contract.The puppy is guaranteed for two (2) years against fatal or life-altering congenital diseases.If the dog dies within two years of purchase, a necropsy performed at the Buyer’s expense is required to determine the cause of death. The Breeder must be notified within five (5) days of identification of the issue. The diagnostic report must clearly confirm a genetic cause; otherwise, the condition will not be covered.If a 100% proven congenital defect is confirmed, the puppy will be replaced when a puppy becomes available. Replacement puppies do not need to be from the same parents.This guarantee does not include hip dysplasia.Conditions Not Covered by This GuaranteeThe following conditions are not considered congenital and are not covered:Cherry eye
    Gastric torsion/bloat
    Temperament issues
    Infertility
    Fleas, ticks, ear mites, or infections
    Undescended testicles
    Inguinal or umbilical hernias
    Sarcoptic mange
    Pano
    Soft tissue injuries, trauma-related limping, or fractures
    Knuckling
    Food intolerance, gastritis, pancreatitis
    Parvo, kennel cough
    Intestinal parasites, Giardia, Coccidia
    Tick-borne diseases
    UTIs
    Skin or coat conditions, allergies
    Dental issues (overbite/underbite)
    Pyometra
    Eclampsia
    DCM
    Elbow dysplasia
    Wobbler syndrome
    Thyroid disease
    Eye disorders

    Undescended testicles and inguinal/umbilical hernias will be disclosed prior to purchase.If the Buyer chooses not to proceed with purchase due to a non-genetic condition, the deposit will be transferred to the next available puppy.Parasite Prevention & Deworming-Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention is mandatory for all Blessed By Danes puppies. Failure to maintain prevention will void this contract.At eight weeks of age, the puppy will receive the first dose of prevention and/or prevention medication will be included in the puppy pack.All puppies are routinely dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age. Despite proper deworming, parasites may still be present, which is common in puppies. Veterinary fecal testing is included as part of the puppy’s health clearance.Kennel cough is common in traveling puppies and is not covered under this guarantee. While kennel cough is typically not life-threatening, it can progress to pneumonia if not treated promptly by a veterinarian.AKC Registration-All puppies are AKC registerable. When the puppy is registered , the Buyer must include the Breeder’s kennel name.

    Blessed By Danes Refunds, Replacements & Breeding Terms  There are no cash or credit refunds. Replacement puppies must be of equal value or the Buyer must pay any difference.There is no guarantee that the puppy will be suitable for showing or breeding.The Buyer agrees not to breed the dog or allow the dog to sire or whelp a litter before the age of two (2) years, whether intentionally or accidentally. Breeding prior to two years of age will void this contract.Females sold on full rights are permitted three (3) litters. A fourth litter must be discussed with and approved by the Breeder, and the dog must be in good health.If the Buyer spays the dog and later needs to rehome the dog, the Breeder must be informed of the new home. Breeder must be aware of all breedings that take place and approve the damn or sire.
    Return Policy & Ownership This guarantee is non-transferable.If the Buyer is unable to keep the dog for any reason, the dog must be returned to the Breeder. No money will be exchanged.Under no circumstances may the Buyer surrender the dog to a rescue, shelter, or pound.Legal Terms-This contract is binding only between the listed parties and is non-transferable.Any legal disputes arising from this agreement shall be handled in the county of residence of the Breeder/Seller.If any portion of this contract is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
