1.)DEPOSIT
There is a 30% of total rental deposit due and a signed contract must be secured prior to any services being performed by Vendor
TERMS
Deliveries, setups, and teardowns are not included in all rentals. However, can be added for an additional fee of $150. A LA Carte' service requests should also accompany a request for set up and break down. It is the client's responsibility to provide their own extension cords for lighting. In order to protect equipment, persons, and property from harm or damage, service providers reserve the right to stop providing services. The service provider has the right to cancel any service due to harsh weather or property damage. This case will result in a full refund of your deposit. Clients are responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until pick-up.
Additionally, the Client will be responsible for any damages that may occur to any/all equipment. Any broken, lost, or stolen equipment will be charged at replacement cost to the client. A cleaning fee will be assessed if any materials are found on the rented equipment, such as food, ribbon, tape, balloons, tablecloths, etc. It is also necessary to fold and stack the chairs on top of the tables before picking them up.
2.)CANCELLATIONS
If event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to Vendor will be returned. If event is canceled less than 1 week before date, 2nd payment will be required to compensate for hours of service already rendered and loss of event date. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available (refer to Postponement Policy).
3.) POSTPONEMENT POLICY
If event is postponed, all services will cease at time of notification of postponement if no determined new date is provided. Payment schedule will be determined and readjusted post new event date notification. If client requires services to resume, post new event date being established, second payment will be required at time of service re-start.
