Important Event Informtion
Event begins at 2:00 PM, and ends at 6:00 PM on Saturday, June 22, 2024.
Venue will be open for all Vendors to setup their stations beginning at 10:00am.
All Vendors must be completeley set up and in place no later than 1:30PM.
All Vendors are responsible for the setting up and tearing down of all their products.
We willl be accepting completed Registration Forms with payment for non food vendor until June 14th.
Food Vendors ONLY
We are accepting completed Registration Forms with payment for Food Vendors until May 15th.
Food Vendors with permits must upload permit below and pay the $100 Vendor Fee.
Food Vendors without permits must pay an additional $75 fee and complete the Temorary Food Event Vendor Application thats in link below. Please upload completed applicaiton below and pay the $175 Vendor Fee. (FTS will submit all Applications and provide food permits upon your arrival on the day of event).

Food Vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, and electrical and water access.
