  • Terms & Conditions

    1. The submitter is responsible for all fees even if the grading company reject an item due to:
      • evidence of triming
      • restoration
      • recoloration
      • questional authencity
      • altered stock
      • cleaning
      • other evidence of alteration or item deems not genuine.
    2. The submitter is responsible for all additional charges levied by PSA if PSA determines the card exceeds to 
    3. The submitter is responsible for all outstanding balances related to their submission before cards will be released back to the owner. If the owner does not clear their balance within ninety (90) days of cards returned from PSA, the submitter forfeit all cards that incurred additional charges.
    4. In the event of loss in transit, all clients will be asked to provide proof of receipt to show the insurer what is owed.
    5. In the event an insurance claim is required and no documentation can be provided by the submitter, the insurer may use replacement value to determine payout amount.
    6. Replacement Value means the cost to replace the (items) with similar collectibles of similar quantity or if not replaceable, then the appraised valuation by a competent authority or the purchase price.

  • Once your cards are received and  verified by our staff, you will be invoiced for payment. All orders must be paid before sending out for grading.
