What do I need to book to touch up my highlights?

  You should book etiher a full highlight or a partial highlight, even though the color touch up option seems like the right choice it is extremely different. The color touch up painting color on the scalp (typcally for gray). 

Why do I need to put a card on file when booking/can you see my card details?

  The reason most hairstylist require a card on file is due to the influx of no shows we experience, we do not have access to your card information our system keeps it just as a place holder for your appointment. If a no show were to occur as it shows in my policies, I will charge your card an inconvenience fee of $25. 

Refunds?

  I do not offer refunds, however if you are unsatisfied with your color service you must let me know within 72 hours unless noted otherwise. I will accommodate you and do a color correction service for free.

You gave me exactly what I asked for but I don't think it is the right color for me...

  I will get you back in and we can figure out what is best for you! However it will not be considered a color correction. You will have to pay the additional price depending on what we need to do to get you to what you want.

What form of payment do you take?

  I take credit card, debit card, cash, venmo, or Apple Pay!

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy, if for some reason you must cancel within 24 horus or no show there will be a non refundable $25 fee. Also, if you are at most 15 minutes late you appointment will be automatically cancelled and there will be a non refunable $25 fee. Your card WILL NOT be charged out of the blue unless there has been a no show/late appointment. When a client is late it causes a domino effect for all the clients behind you! Please be courteous of others as well as showing up on time!
