SPEP 62: 2024 Panel Information
  • SPEP 62: 2024 Panel Information

  • NOTE FOR Secretary Treasure or others working on this form (These notes will not appear in the online form.)

If you click Settings above, then Conditions, you'll there is a Change Email condition; what this does is add the emails of panelists 2 & 3 to the organizer's email, so when the organizer submits, all panelists receive the email receipt.

Also, each year, when you clone a copy of  the form for the upcoming year, you'll want to click on the Panel ID widget, and click on its properties (the gear icon) and set its index back to 0.

(When you are preparing to send the submitted papers to EC members, you can use the Panel ID number in the spreadsheet of this form to replace the panel organizer's email address in the paper submission form, to anonymize and identify panels.)

  • If this form is not accessible on your computer please email the Secretary-Treasurer at mcmahonspep@gmail.com

Thank you for your interest in submitting a panel of papers to SPEP.

We have broken down panel submissions into two steps:

    • The panel organizer enters the name of the panel and other information about the panel here.
    • The panel organizer and all panelists upload their papers individually, using our paper submission form.
    • NOTE: on the paper submission, your email, as panel organizer, is used to identify and link papers as belonging together on a panel.
    • Make sure your panelists know which email you are using for this process, and use that email when you submit your own paper for your panel.

This two step process allows us to have panelists submit their own papers, declare their own eligibility for prizes, and will make it easier for us to collect demographic data in the future.
