Welcome to the QUT Student Guild Food Bank

To help us improve and maintain this service, we ask a few quick questions during registration. Your responses help us:

• Understand student needs
• Report usage to secure funding
• Keep the service fair and accessible
• All information is confidential and used only to improve the service.

📅 Opening Hours
Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 AM until the daily quota is reached.

🗓 One visit per week per student to ensure fairness

⏳ Waiting System
You’ll receive a number on arrival.
If your number is called while you're away, the next person will be served.
If spots remain, you can take a new number. If the quota is reached, you’ll need to return another day.
If you leave, please return your number to a volunteer.

🚫 Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Staff and volunteers give their time generously. Aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Security may be called and your access may be restricted.

🥫 About Food Dates
Some items may be past their best before or expiry dates. These are:

• Checked and approved by Foodbank QLD for safety
• Updated with new shelf lives
• You are not required to take these items if you’re uncomfortable.
