My fitness coaching offer includes 2x 45 minute PT sessions per month. (Please note: face to face sessions are completed only at Plus Fitness McGraths Hill, so it would be required for you to be a member in order to access the gym). Please do not select the face to face option if you are not wishing to sign up to the gym.
