Please note that until the booking fee is received in full, your provisional session slot can not be held. Booking fees are non-refundable, but may be moved to an alternative date/time at the discretion of Kiera Fyles/Palmer Photography.

AGREEMENT - I have read, printed, and agree to the FAQ/Terms & Conditions published at www.palmerphotography.co.uk, and understand that I remain responsible for my child's safety and wellbeing for the duration of the photoshoot. I understand that my session will be cancelled if the applicable booking fee is not paid within 24 hours of this provisional booking, and that if I arrive late on the day of the photoshoot Kiera Fyles at Palmer Photography reserves the right to finish the session at the original time.

COPYRIGHT: The images taken by Palmer Photography ~ Captured By Kiera are protected by statutory Copyright Laws. Copyright Ownership will remain with Kiera Fyles/Palmer Photography ~ Captured By Kiera unless Copyright is explicitly purchased for an additional fee (prices start at £1,000 per image). I understand it is illegal to sell or supply the images produced to Third Parties without the Photographer's permission, and violators of this law will be subject to it's civil and criminal penalties. A limited release is supplied with the purchase of the digital files for your own personal use, such as printing or publishing on personal social media. The release does not allow publication or sale of the digital files provided (i.e. entering in contests or supplying to the media) or altering your images without the Photographer's permission. Reproduction, including, but not limited to - scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to hard drive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner, is not allowed. I agree to honour the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.

By signing below you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such. I understand that my image gallery may take up to 4 weeks to edit and that editing will not commence until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

Privacy Policy. I understand that my details will be held on file for administration purposes only, and that my images will remain available for a minimum of One Year from the date of my photoshoot.
