New Product Recipe Form

Use this form to propose a new product recipe.
IMPORTANT: Submit this form for each product.

Notes:
- All submitted recipes will be added to our NEW RECIPE QUEUE until appropriate time is determined by TPI for review of recipe and launch date.
- Selected recipes (from Recipe Queue) will be forwarded to our internal review process team.
- Final recipe approval will be determined via a survey to current Franchisees.
- If approved, a name will be assigned and calorie count calculation will be determined by our R&D Team.
- Plan launch date will be determined, including a Reward check will be sent to Franchisee.
