The vendor setup is from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm. All vendors should start providing services at 5:00pm. Vendor is responsible for set-up, tables, chairs and all other materials needed for their allocated spot. Each vendor is responsible for trash in their area. Mt. Olive Affordable Housing & CDC, or any organization associated with the event will not be responsible for natural events that may cause rescheduling, cancellations, or requests to leave the event.
