ADDITIONAL SERVICE UPDATES

1. Billing is due on the 30th of every month for the upcoming month. 
2. Rates are in effect for all new applications. Rates may in January of each year.
3. Teacher and NYC First Responder discounts are applied quarterly. You must submit proof of employment.
4. Sibling discount are applied when both students are enrolled and attending The Aster Initiative Afterschool.
5. Pick up max capacity is 6 students per day. (Within 1 Mile. Walking Distance)
6. Drop off max capacity is 6 students per day.(Within 1 Mile. Walking Distance)
7. A maximum of 1 late pick up without notice is allowed per month. After that service will be discontinued without refund for 1 month.
8. Late payment fees are applied after the 1st day payment is following the 1st of the month.
9. Medical records will be required to be on file with us annually. Immunizations must be up to date.
