The Perfect Team Scholarship 2026

By starting this application, you acknowledge that you have read the eligibility and requirements below thoroughly and that you meet all criteria listed for the Fall 2026 scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must be enrolled in High School or registered in College for Fall 2026 in Texas.
2. Must show proof of acceptance or current attendance at a Texas community college or university in 2026.
3. Complete & submit an application. If the application is illegible, it will be rejected.
4. Submit an essay of at least 500 words (PDF or Word format only; submissions in other formats will be disqualified). Choose either Section A or Section B: for your essay topic.
   
   1. Title: Challenges - Challenges have become a part of everyday life, and many times they can be so great that they cause people to stumble and some to even quit. Describe a challenging time in your life that could've stopped you from achieving a goal in your life, how you were able to overcome that challenge, and how you feel that success has given you the ability to encourage others. 

   2. Title: Community Service - How did you get involved in a community service activity? While serving in that activity, what has meant the most to you? What skills and/or abilities have you used and/or developed through your service? How has that experience caused you to think differently about yourself and others?

5. Good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
6. Formal school transcript required (must be an official copy from the school).
7. You will need to submit a minimum of 3 Letters of recommendation, though additional letters can increase selection chances. Ask a teacher counselor, coach, employer, etc. (Family is excluded)Must be sent directly by the recommender to “theperfectteamscholarship@gmail.com” with the subject line being (Name of the student - Recommendation) 

 

Scholarship Awards:
-One Four-Year Scholarship: $40,000 Total $10,000 per year (Available only to first‑time college students pursuing their Bachelor’s degree)
-Five scholarships of $2,000 each.(Available to any eligible applicant, including those pursuing a Master’s degree or starting a new program of study)

 

*If awarded, scholarship funds will be paid directly to the school.
