  • Avant de soumettre votre projet, nous vous invitons à consulter l'appel à propositions et à prendre connaissance des critères d'éligibilité et de sélection. 

     

    Modalités de candidature :

    Pour déposer un projet, veuillez compléter le formulaire ci-dessous et fournir les documents suivant :

    • Une lettre de soutien institutionnel (VPRI, Doyen, etc.) – PDF ;
    • Une description détaillée du programme proposé (maximum 5 000 signes) – PDF ;
    • Un budget prévisionnel (Budget Summary) – un modèle Excel est disponible dans le formulaire de candidature.
    • Une note budgétaire (Budget Narrative) – PDF.

    Calendrier de l'appel à propositions : 

    • Ouverture de l'appel à proposition: 17 mai 
    • Session d'information et de questions-réponses : 7 juin, à 18h (heure française)
    • Clôture de l'appel à propositions: 26 juin, à 18h (heure française)
    • Annonce des résultats : début juillet

      The executive summary should be an overview of the key features of your program. It should include a brief description of the program and its learning outcomes.

      Applicants responding to this call should upload their program description in a Word document, not exceeding 2 pages.

      Please give as much information as possible on the proposed program and use the following outline: 

      1. Chosen Topic and Learning outcomes (minimum 3)
      2. Program activities and Pedagogy (project-based learning, business and cultural visits, etc.) 
      3. Project management (staffing structure and roles, responsibilities, and qualifications of key staff responsible for implementing the project)

      Budget Summary

      Use the Excel spreadsheet template for your Budget Summary

      Please indicate the maximum number of students and administrators/faculty you can accommodate during the program as this will determine the requested funds. 

      The requested funds from the French Embassy should not exceed €41,300 (18 students + 2 administrators/faculty). 

      Budget Narrative

      Use a Word document for your Budget Narrative. 

      The Budget Narrative should briefly explain and justify the costs of your budget summary. 

      Cost-share is not required. However, should your institution or partner choose to provide cost share as part of the proposed budget, please outline the amount per line item in your budget summary and budget narrative.
