Details & Term Information
Use this form when you are contacted by a Growth Strategist to have an Exploratory Call with a Client that has not fully committed to coaching with CORE Leaders. They have completed the GS Intake Form, but they have not paid for their 1st month of coaching yet. You are the GS's Recommended Coach for the Client. Only the GS, Coach and CORE Leaders will receive a copy of this form. The client will not receive a copy, so you can type whatever notes you need to. CORE Leaders will put a copy of the completed form in the Client's folder within your BOX folder - visible only to you, not the client. Upon submission of this form the GS will reach back out to you to discuss whether you will continue on to coach the client and they should collect the 1st month's payment or if they should find another coach. If another coach should be found, CORE Leaders will move the client's BOX folder from your folder to the new coaches folder.
