The undersigned believe it is vital that Management listens to our concerns and gives us the respect and support we deserve. We are asking for better pay, better staffing levels, and more respect at work. These are reasonable requests that would benefit not only us but our patients and the community we serve.
It is time for Management to respect and protect us! We are calling on them to do the right thing at the bargaining table and bargain a fair and equitable contract that benefits everyone.
