Tecnica FA provides Academy level childrens football training, using Dutch Coerver technique, that has been adopted by teams like Ajax, Barcelona, Benfica and Bayern Munich combined with the English FA system. We are a Coerver Club Partner and provide structured training sessions that improve players technique and game understanding.
Our coaching principles:

Learning to play with both feet
Play off the back foot
Competitive 1v1's and Small sided games (relevant to proper games)
Team structure
Playing at high tempo in attack and in pressing.
Training and Teams
We are looking for players with great attitude and keen to progress to the next level. We have qualified FA Coaches that follow a structured plan and organise all training sessions. We run 1 x 2 hour session or 2 x 1 hour trainings per week.
Our highest standard teams, from U8's, U9's to U13's play in the JPL (Junior Premier League), these games are on Saturday. Training is once a week but for 2 hours. These players can also play in our highest teams on Sunday which are all high standard. This combination works out cheaper for the parent as we reduce the fee two play in both competitions.
Our Sunday teams play in the Tandridge league and we offer players the chance to play at the highest level to mid league level.
Lastly our girls football teams are growing and next season we will be recruiting for all age groups from U7's - U10's. These teams play in the Tandridge league at a good level.
We have links and strong partnerships with many London based Professional Clubs and will play against professional / semi professional clubs and other academies.
Our midweek training sessions are played on 4G pitches. Saturday training is played on grass and 4G during the winter. 70% of Sunday Games are played on 4G at Oasis Academy Shirley Park. Our home ground is Wickham Park Sports Club that has club facilities, cafe and Toilets.
JPL games are all played on 3G/4G pitches.
Referees are provided for each game.
FA Accredited
We are an FA Accredited club and therefore child welfare is very important in providing a safe and fun environment. All our coaches are qualified, DBS checked and have safe guarding certificates.
End of Season Tour
We travel to Holland to play end of May to play in the Dutch Soccer Cup. This is a fantastic event for children to experience playing against international teams.
