TRAINING COURSE POLICY:
- A deposit of 50% must be paid upon registration to hold your booking for class. The remaining balance is due on your course date.
- Please be advised that there are no refunds on deposits or course fees once paid. However, deposits and/or fees are transferable to other course dates as available and are also assignable to another indicidual up to 12 months from the date of deposit providing written notification is received no later than 14 days in advance of the course date.
- Your place in the class is not secured until the deposit and the signed Training Contract is returned to us. We operte on a "first come, first serve" basis, therefore, it is important that the Training Contract is returned as soon as possible to ensure the student's spot in the course.
- The student is responsible for daily class attendance and punctuality. Incomplete training as a consequence of missed days or tardiness falls on the shoulders of the student.
