Terms and conditions:
Payment/Cancellations
All guests are required to place a deposit payment on the due date set within the invoice. The remaining cost will be due no less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the trip. The day of commencement will be the calendar date of arrival for the trip in which you are participating in. All trip deposits are fully non-refundable once provided to Sisterhood of the Hunt, unless client is able to provide an alternative client to fill their spot & deposit payment is provided from replacement client prior to Sisterhood of the Hunt filling the spot with a current client relationship. Deposits are non-refundable even if your spot is re-filled by Sisterhood of the Hunt. In the event you cancel your scheduled trip, you shall not be refunded and deemed fully forfeited your payments and cannot apply them to future scheduled trips. In the case that you do not pay the deposit on the requested due date, or only pay a portion of the deposit amount, Sisterhood Of The Hunt has the right to cancel your trip and open your spot with the deposit being non refundable.
In the event said credit or debit card is rendered unusable and Sisterhood Of The Hunt is required to pay any fines or payment sour of pocket to cover your cost, the individual or group should understand and acknowledge that Sisterhood Of The Hunt or its owners may file legal action for the recovery of said expenses.
In the event your trip is canceled at any point due to dangerous weather conditions in the 7 days immediately prior to commencement of trip, we will reschedule your trip within the next 12 months from the calendar date of planned arrival. Dangerous weather conditions will be determined by the company or individuals hosting yourself and or your group.
In the event your trip is canceled by Sisterhood Of The Hunt, the hunter/fisherman will be refunded or given the option to use their payment as credit to an alternative event with Sisterhood Of The Hunt. In the case the hunter/fisherman is offered to use their payment as credit for an alternate trip, the hunter/fisherman will sign a new waiver using the dates for the trip to which the credit is used; making that waiver valid.
Hunting/Fishing Permits
All guests are responsible for obtaining their own hunting and or fishing permits at their own expense unless provided by the company or individual who is hosting yourself and or your group. It is your responsibility to ensure your obtained licenses are within the legal date of hunting or fishing dates and as well as obtaining any required stamps or endorsements required by the state of your event. Sisterhood Of The Hunt reserves the right to cancel a hunting or fishing trip of an individual at its own discretion if said permits, licenses or required documentation is not held by an individual.
Lodging, group size and animals:
All guests shall be responsible for maintaining responsible care and refrain from causing damage or destruction to any lodging they participate in. Any damage will result in fines requested by the owner to said guest(s). If guest(s) refuse or do not pay charges the individual or group should understand and acknowledge that Sisterhood Of The Hunt or its owners may file legal action for the recovery of said expenses. Pets are not permitted to lodges unless special circumstances run by Sisterhood Of The Hunt owners prior to the event.
What we expect from you:
We expect clients to come with positive attitudes, conduct themselves in safe manners and follow guide directions at all times. Please treat guides and other clients the same as you would like to be treated. Give respect to any equipment, animals and vehicles included during the time you are there.
