INTERNATIONAL STUDENT F-1

All F-1 student applicants transferring from a U.S. institution to EBETEC Language Academy are required to complete this Transfer Form. As part of the admissions process, your F-1 visa status must first be verified with your current or most recent institution.

To begin, please complete Section I of this form and submit it. After submission of this form, you will receive an email with your completed form. Provide this form, along with a copy of your acceptance letter, to the Designated School Official (DSO) or International Student Advisor at your current/previous institution. Your advisor will then complete Section II of the form.

Once all sections are completed, the form must be returned to EBETEC Language Academy by one of the following methods:

Please note: The form must include an official SEVIS release date from your current institution. Without a release date, the form will be considered incomplete, and we will be unable to issue your transfer I-20. Your new EBETEC I-20 will only be issued once:

1. Your current institution has released your SEVIS record, and
2. The completed Transfer Form verifying your status has been received by EBETEC Language Academy.

Important Travel Advisory: Do not make travel arrangements until you have received your new EBETEC I-20.

I request and authorize my present international student advisor (or Designated School Official) to provide the information below as part of my admission for transfer to EBETEC Language Academy and to release my electronic SEVIS record.
