We agree to provide your child with:

*Appropriately experienced staff with the necessary checks, qualifications and insurance
*A safe and friendly environment for learning
In return for this commitment to you, we ask that you agree to our terms and conditions before your child joins one of our programmes. Please contact us at: sportcamps@accomplishacademy.co.uk if you have any questions before agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Payment
Payments are required in advance using the details given when filling in this form
Payments/places are non-refundable.
Publicity and Consent
Photographs, videos and testimonials may be taken by the company at any of our classes and events. They may be used in future online and offline marketing (For example, but not limited to: Website, Social Media, Flyers, Banners, Newspaper) Please ensure the correct box on the form is ticked.
Cancellations
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a camp date is cancelled, as much notice as possible will be given and credit towards another date will be given where possible.
Health and Safety
Please notify us about any medical issues or requirements that we should be aware of.
Safeguarding
All our coaches have a live DBS (we are on the update service, which is renewed yearly)
All communications will go through a parent or carer of the child. The child should not contact the coaches.
