I understand that I will perform the following tasks if I work at a Goodwill approved worksite:
- Maintain appropriate workplace behavior, attendance, punctuality, and scheduled work hours.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed while working independently or as part of a team.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions at all times.
Assist with general cleaning, organization, and upkeep of work areas.
- Develop communication, problem-solving, and workplace readiness skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the work experience
Clients should understand that worksite activities may also involve:
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time, reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive physical movements.
Once a specific worksite assignment is identified, additional duties, responsibilities, schedules, expectations, and safety requirements will be reviewed with the client.
I will need to adhere to all policies and procedures, as outlined in the Personnel and Client Manual (which were presented at Orientation).
If I do not follow the rules, I could be disciplined up to and including termination from the worksite or in extreme situations, termination from the program.
