Many homes do end up in a multiple offer situation.

Please read the following and confirm acceptance

I/We acknowledge that the following paragraphs have been read and are understood by me/us

A. There is more than one party interested in purchasing the property described herein
B. That I/we have been advised to put my/our highest and best offer in writing for presentation to the vendor
C. That my/our offer and any other offers will be presented at the same time to the vendor.
D. That the vendor may accept or reject any offer at the vendor’s sole discretion.
E. That the vendor may counter and negotiate with one and only one of the buyer at the sole choice and discretion of the vendor.
F. That the terms and conditions of my/our offer will remain confidential to me/us and the sales consultant drafting my/our contract
G. We acknowledge that the agent has advised us that the above mentioned property is expecting or already has another/multiple offer/s.
H. I/We understand by submitting an offer we accept in full there maybe a multiple offer on the property.
