Many Rivers is a free service that supports people to start, stay and thrive in business.

We provide business coaching, business planning tools, access to legal support and small business loans.

We are funded by government, companies and donors to help people who are financially disadvantaged, for example people who receive welfare support or those who identify as Indigenous Australians.

Our Services: Many Rivers will support you to start and sustain your business. To do that well we collect information about you and your business. We provide general business coaching support. We do not provide business nor financial advice.
Your Privacy: We keep your personal and sensitive information confidential and secure, including your business ideas and plans (refer Many Rivers Privacy Policy).
Organisations Supporting Many Rivers: We may need to share your information to other organisations: those supporting Many Rivers to provide services to you; as directed by you; and as required under law.
Analytical Information: We provide your deidentified information to our partner organisations to assess our services.
Credit Reporting: If you need a business loan, we will complete a credit check from a credit reporting agency and may be required to report to the agency if you do not repay the loan as expected. This may affect your credit rating.

What do we do?

Many Rivers employs expert Business Coaches around Australia that can help you start or grow your business. We don’t do the work for you, but we will guide you with tools and knowledge to help you run your own business.

What type of support can you expect from Many Rivers?

We provide support for businesses in the form of:

• Business coaching – a coach will be assigned to you to support you in what you need to know to run a small business
• Small business loans – micro-loans are available to clients working with a Business Coach who need funds to start their business
• Pro bono legal advice – we can put you in touch with lawyers who provide answers to legal questions about your business
• Business tools – we can provide you with tools and templates that will help you run your business

What can you expect?

Step 1
The first step in your business journey with Many Rivers is a call with our friendly Client Support team. The team will talk to you about your business idea and confirm we are right for each other.
Step 2
You’ll then be put in contact with one of the Many Rivers’ Business Coaches who will talk to you about how we can support your business.
