Descent to qualify for membership. Illyrian descent will be classified as anyone born in descent of: Albanian, "Malsor," Bosnian, Illyrian Montenegrin, Illyrian Croatian, Illyrian Slovenian, Kosovar, Illyrian Macedonian, and Arbëreshë regions.
Currently employed as a resident manager, superintendent, or building engineer.
