Please note the following terms of service for our Tradelines:
The Tradelines are valid for 1-3 credit cycles (1 credit cycle is 1 update on the credit report)
Orders must be placed at least 7 business days before the statement date in order to be included in the same credit cycle reporting.
If the order is placed within 7 Business days or after the statement date, it will be included in the following credit cycle.
It can take 1-15 business days for the Tradeline to be posted after the statement date.
By purchasing a Tradeline, you understand that our service is considered complete upon the addition of your authorized user name to the Tradeline account.
There is no guarantee that the Tradeline will be posted to all 3 credit bureaus.
We no longer guarantee posting, only that the authorized user name will be added to the Tradeline Account. Factors outside of our control may impact whether a tradeline is reported.
The only instance in which a Tradeline will be replaced or refunded is if we cannot provide a screenshot as proof of the authorized user's addition to the account.
We can provide proof of the authorized user's addition and instructions on how to get the Tradeline to post.
However, if all troubleshooting steps are completed and the Tradeline still does not post, there is no further assistance we can provide.
This applies to both Profiles and real credit profiles.
We will not answer any questions about posting until 15 business days have passed from the Tradeline's statement date.

Additionally, a Tradeline warranty is available for purchase at a cost of $50 per Tradeline. This warranty covers non-posting of the Tradeline for any reason. If the Tradeline does not post within 15 business days of the statement date, it will be replaced with one of equal or lesser value. Please note that the warranty must be purchased for each individual Tradeline in an order.
