In our commitment to providing our customers with a single source for all their quality assurance needs, we offer calibration and service support. If you would like to return product to Setra Systems for Service and/or Calibration, please complete the Service & Calibration return form below.
Once the form is complete & submitted, we will email you authorization and a Return Label with an RMA # which must be placed on the outside of the shipping box. Please note: If the RMA # is not located on the outside of the shipping box, your return will be rejected upon receipt and shipped back to you.
Calibration Service: Setra maintains a complete calibration facility that is traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST).
