Please complete the form below to register for the PREPARE/ENRICH relationship inventory. The cost is $35 per couple. Once we have received your registration and payment, a username and password will be sent to your email addresses within 2-5 business days. ONLY a trained PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator can receive the results. A listing of trained facilitators is provided on the form. If you do not see your priest or deacon listed, register for the FOCCUS relationship inventory.
