    Vendor Rental Rates

    Vendor Information

    • Display areas are an average of 10' x 10'

    • All participants must display and sell only original artwork and handmade goods. No commerical or mass-produced items allowed.
    • Vendors must provide their own display set-up: tent, panels, tables, chairs, etc. Tents or coverings must be self supporting and properly weighed down. Please check for weather conditions. No ground stakes are permitted as for this is in a parking lot.

    • Drilling or puncturing ground or asphalt surfaces is strictly prohibited.
      No generators are allowed to be used in the fair area with the exception of food trucks.

    • Reselling or subleasing booth space is not permitted. You may not share a space with another vendor of a different business.

    • Vendors are expected to keep the area around their booth clean and litter free. Walkways must be kept clear for visitors and emergency personnel. All vendors are responsible for removing their own trash.

    • The Fair Committee reserves the right to cancel any vendor agreement/partnerships/sponsorship at any time, for any reason.

    • The Fair and its organizers do not warrant or guarantee any particular results of the Fair, nor does it guarantee a particular number of attendees or exhibitors.

    • All vendors are responsible for filing their own taxes with the state. All persons, companies or organizations renting booth/concession space do so as independent contractors and not as employees or agents of the Fair or its management herein, and as such assume all responsibility for withholding taxes, Social Security, State taxes, Public liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance and also assume responsibility for insurance coverage to, from, and during the Fair and for accident or injury to himself and/or his equipment.

    • All booths must be manned by at least one person at all times.
      Megaphones and electronic amplification are not permitted. No radios, tape players, offensive noise, or distractions are permitted in booth spaces. Common curtesy to event attendees, volunteers, and fair personnel is expected of all participants.

    • No glass bottles are allowed on the premises. Items may not be served in a glass container of any kind.

    • ALL AGES. ALL ABILITIES. ALL WELCOME.

    Set Up/Break down

    1. All vendors must enter the parking lot on the Melville Road side and sign in at vendor check-in point prior to setting up. An official will direct you to your space as needed. Spaces will be assigned leading up to the event, if you require any accomodations, it must be discussed and put in writing before the event.
    2. Set up will be available from no earlier than 9:00am
    3. Vendors must unload their materials in their assigned space and immediately move their vehicle out of the parking lot. You cannot set up until your vehicle is removed
    4. No vehicles will be permitted in the parking lot after 10:30am (excluding food trucks)
    5. If vendors arrive after 10:30am, they must park their car outside of the fairgrounds and walk all their materials to the art center. NO EXCEPTIONS
    6. All vendors are expected to remain during specified times barring medical emergencies. If you cannot be open during the required times, please do not submit an application.
    7. A soft breakdown can start after 3:30 pm. Please come prepared to stay open until 4:00pm.
    8. For safety reasons, vendors cannot bring their vehicles into the fair area until all patrons have cleared the area. The entire parking lot will be a pedstrian zone with only emergency vehicles and food trucks allowed in during event hours.
    9. After 4:00pm vendors can move their vehicles into the fair area for loading make sure your booth area is completely cleaned and packed up before moving vehicle. 
    10. All exhibitors/vendors are responsible for disposing of their own waste. Each exhibitor shall clear their space of all trash at breakdown. If area is left unkept an addition $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.

    Parking

    1. No vehicles, except food trucks and fair registered vehicles, may remain on the fairgrounds. No vehicles will be permitted into the fairgrounds after 10:30am
    2. No vehicle or trailer will be allowed in the designated area during fair hours.
    3. Parking is available on multiple side streets across from the center and shopping center parking lots in surrounding areas. 

     

  • Any violation of the rules and regulations stated above will exclude vendors from participating in future shows and may result in the loss of exhibit space. Your request to exhibit or sell will imply acceptance of these rules and regulations. Vendors who do not abide by our rules may be asked to leave.

  • Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement

     

    I hereby waive, release and discharge from any and all claims or liabilities for death, personal injury, property damage, theft, or damages of any kind, whether or not attributable to the negligence of the Spirit of Huntington and/or any agents, successors, assigns, or employees of the Spirit of Huntington which may arise out of my use of the facilities of the Rise in Spirit Community Art Center.

     

    I do hereby agree to indemnity and hold the Spirit of Huntington and/or any agents, successors, assigns, or employees of the Spirit of Huntington from and against any and all damages, losses, liabilities, obligations, penalties, claims, litigation, demands, defenses, judgements, suits, proceedings, costs, disbursements, or expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and experts fees and disbursement) which may at any time be imposed upon, incurred by or asserted or awarded against the Spirit of Huntington and/or any agents, successors, assigns, or employees of the Spirit of Huntington which relates to or in any way arises out of acts or omissions connected to my use of the facilities of the Rise in Spirit Community Art Center, regardless of whether or not said acts or omissions were made by myself, my guests, or any vendors employed by myself in connection with my use of the facilities of the Spirit of Huntington and the Rise in Spirit Community Art Center.

     

    Refund Policy

    Refunds will be given if spaces are full. No refunds will be given if the event is cancelled due to any reason or you cannot attend.
