The undersigned (I) ,on behalf of my minor children (Minors), their heirs, personal representatives, executors, guardians, administrators, successors, and assigns hereby voluntarily waive and release any causes of action, suits, debts, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity. that I and/or Minors may hereafter have against Idols Aside Ministries, Idols Aside Volunteers/Athletes, and/or the owners, employees, and sub-contractors and their heirs, personal representatives, subcontractors, executors, guardians, administrators, successors, assigns, and all other persons or entities claiming through them (collectively IAM) resulting from injury. death, or loss of any nature as consequence of IAM providing the opportunity for my child, youth, or adult to be part of an Idols Aside retreat or event. I acknowledge that my myself or children would not be allowed to participate in the camp without consent to this agreement, and are only receiving those rights/benefits in return for this waiver. I hereby agree not to file any charges, claims, suits, complaints, and/or grievances against or with respect to myself or my minor child's activities. I acknowledge that my permission for myself or child to engagein activities at the hunting retreat at the IAM Ranch.
I also give my consent for myself or child to be transported by Idols Aside Ministries and will assume all liability for any injury that may result during the transport for the Idols Aside retreat or event.
I also give my permission for myself or youth's photography to be utilized on the IAM website and social media regarding the clinic or sports camps pictures.
