Why do you want to work with us?

This is an assistant position. It's a humble position which entails the normal assistant tasks. In a perfect world, we would like said assistant to one day have a chair at Ruby's and build a clientele.

We understand a big reason to take this position is knowledge, education, guidance etc. And we're all about it! But in order to gain these things from us, it needs to be a give-and-take. A symbiotic relationship if you will. You make our lives easier & in turn, we make yours easier, streamlining you through some of the daunting steps of becoming a successful, happy hairstylist!
