I warrant, to the best of my knowledge, all of the information provided in this Application is true, accurate, complete and correct as of the date of this Application. If any information provided by me is determined to be false, such false statement will be grounds for disapproval of my Application or termination of my Lease with Owner.

I understand and agree: (i) this is an application to rent only and does not guarantee that I will be offered the Property, and (ii) Landlord may accept more than one application for the Property and, using their sole discretion, will select the best qualified applicant. I hereby authorize the Landlord to verify the information provided and authorize its use in verifying the applicant(s) credit history and criminal records.

Applicant further agrees that all credit information maintained by Landlord may be given to any credit reporting service and that Landlord will be held harmless. Applicant certifies that the information given in this application is true and correct.

I also hereby authorize the Landlord and it's agents to contact references I have provided, as well as other individuals or entities not directly named by me, to verify information related to my rental history, financial reliability, and suitability as a tenant. This may include, but is not limited to, previous landlords, employers, or other relevant contacts. I understand that the information collected will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating my tenancy application and will be handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable privacy laws in Ontario.

Applicant understands that any false statements or deliberate misrepresentation of facts will automatically disqualify this application and cause any subsequent rental contract to be null and void and of no effect.

NOTE: Arbourjade Park does not profit from any applications that are processed.

All costs go towards government authorized 3rd party organizations (Rentcheck and Triton). These organizations process Credit checks and Criminal record checks within Canada. Submitting an application is at the full discresion of the applicant. Do not submit an application before checking your credit score beforehand.
