PROCESS: All payments will be processed within 3-5 business days. An autoresponder email will be sent to you after completing this form that contains instructions on how to make payment. Deadline for orders is June 9th, 2023. All Urban Stable Wear orders will be submitted at the same time in our bulk order June 12th, 2023. Please note if an item is unavailable from the supplier we will inform you to make another selection. Estimated time for order completion is 3-4 weeks after time of placing bulk order.
PAYMENT METHOD: Payment method must be indicated on every order submission. We accept cash, cheques, and e-transfer.
Cash: Accepted in person.
Cheques: Send cheques, made payable to 'Urban Stable', to the office 308-421 Mulvey Ave East, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0R6.
E-transfer: Send e-transfer to email: hayley@urbanstable.ca. In memo section, please indicate payment is for Urban Stable Wear Order. E-transfer is set up as automatic deposit.
SALES TAX: All prices include sales tax (GST and PST).
PRODUCT PICK UP: Pick up of merchandise orders will be available at the office in Winnipeg, or at program location in Stonewall on limited days. When orders are ready for pick up, we will notify you. Special arrangements for pick-up/delivery can be made for out-of-town supporters, please contact the office. (Delivery is ~$20 with Canada Post Flat Rate mailing).
