Complete the required earthquake strengthening to ensure long term use of the Hall beyond 2034, plus other improvements over time as funding allows. Noting that external funding will be needed.
Continue routine maintenance plus modest improvements (such as a re-paint and kitchen upgrade), using existing Society funds. This option does not include earthquake strengthening and so the building will be closed by 2034.
