By submitting this application you accept that you have read all information provided to our vedors on the Vendor Information page of our website in regards to the costs, set up and location. You understand that this is event is outdoors and weather can be inclimate and there will be no refunds should you choose to not attend. Should you be accepted, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total booth fee will be required within 24 hours of acceptance. The remainder of your booth fees will be due 60 days prior to the event.
All vendors will be required to comply with any current COVID-19 safety protocols and all Fraser Health guidlines. The Vintage Pasture Sale, its co-ordinators, Amanda Upton and Kathryn Dolphin, and their volunteers are not held liabable for any theft, loss or damage to any property while at the Vintage Pasture Sale.
