[1] For Remote Proctor test the following is required: Wifi, PC/Laptop with front-facing camera and Chrome set as default browser, Android phone or iPhone with camera and video, that you are able to download an app to

[2] Highfield will charge £350 to invigilate face to face examinations UNLESS these are scheduled to coincide with Assessor led assessments for the stated learner on the same day, and at the same location.

[3] For Microsoft Teams assessment the following is required: Wifi, Device with front facing camera and microphone, with Chrome browser

[4] Assessments taking place onsite are subject to satisfactory visitor risk assessments submitted to Highfield prior to the assessment

[5] Once confirmed, any amendments or cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as per your contract

[6] Provisional dates can be held for a maximum of 24 hours before being released for other bookings
