We are looking for solid staff & crew to add to our BratPack Family! This will include a per diem for Spotters & Loaders, and a shift rate for Set Up & Break down. Having a reliable crew will help to ensure:
- Staff will be where they need to be when they need to be there
- They know the meet schedule and layout and can get it set up, running, and broken down quickly and efficiently.
- Will help enable the success, safety and speed of the meet.
Staff will receive:
- Food, snacks and drinks day of meet
- Meet shirt
- Team Gear:
  - BratPack Staff Shirt
  - Black A7 shorts
  - Gorilla Gloves
- 3 Days Drop-In passes for Iron Warehouse, Hayward CA (The host gym)
- Priority registration for a future BratPack meet
We are looking for 10 - 15 people to ensure that we have enough coverage for each meet.

While 5 spotter/loaders are needed on the platform, I usually schedule 8 per session so that people can take breaks as needed. Times are approximate depending on how the meet runs. Please watch for info on this position:

For Set Up and Break Down, 5 people would get the job done fairly quickly, especially once they get the layout down.

Those selected will need to supply:
- W-9 (You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year depending on earnings.
- Background Check
- Independent Contractor Agreement
It is not expected to work every shift or every meet. We understand that life happens but if you can work more than half of the events, we can invest in our teammates and ensure a solid team and meet experience.
