Please read this form carefully and fill it out in its entirety. This is the most efficient way I have figured out (so far) to put the fewest steps between your tattoo just being an idea and having it on your skin.

Booking Policies

Deposits

A $100 deposit ($250 for full day appointments) is required to schedule your appointment, and will be applied to the total cost of your tattoo.

Deposits are not refundable for any reason.

You may reschedule one time, as long as you give me at least 72 hours notice. I will require another deposit to reschedule appointments a second time, or within 72 hours of your appointment.

No call no shows will not be rescheduled. That's just not cool.

Payment and Pricing

Smaller tattoos are priced by the piece and larger ones by the hour. Feel free to ask for a quote and I can give you a range.

On the day of your appointment, I can accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Touch Ups

I take great pride in my work and always want you to be happy with the result. If you feel your tattoo needs a touch up within the first year, please reach out and I will gladly touch it up for free. Allow your tattoo to heal for 6-8 weeks before requesting a touch up.
I have to make an exception for certain areas of the body that are much more prone to fading, which include fingers, inner lip, and palms. I will gladly touch these up for 50% of the original tattoo price.

Design

Prior to your appointment, I will get all the information I need to create your design. For a number of reasons, I am not able to share the final design with you until the day of your appointment. You have seen my work and you're trusting me to tattoo you, so please trust me with this part.
You may contact me with design changes up to 48 hours prior to your appointment, provided the change does not significantly change the length of your appointment.
On the day of your appointment, we will go over the design and we can make small changes. Any large changes to the design may result in an extra charge, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Miscellaneous

Please do not apply numbing cream prior to your appointment- it will be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeit.
Pets are not allowed in the Tattoo Studio due to health department standards.
Only if necessary, you may bring one guest to your appointment.
Do not shave the area prior to your appointment.
