Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request

Use this form to start a return with Chef Works. Please provide the following information to obtain a Return Authorization number. Once your RMA request is received it will be reviewed within 48 business hours and a communication with next steps will be sent to the email address provided.
Chef Works prides itself on providing unrivaled product quality and innovation. We are happy to accept returns on products that are non-embroidered, non-altered, or unused, within 30 days of the purchase date. Additional conditions may apply.

Chef Works can not accept returns if a product has been embroidered or shows signs of use – including, but not limited to alterations, laundering, damage, odors or stains.

All applicable sales are subject to a 20 percent restock fee. If you purchased from a trusted partner, please contact them directly. We cannot accept returns on items purchased from a third party.
