Piano Inspires Artistry

The Piano Inspires Artistry series is a video platform for young pianists to inspire the love of music and find inspiration from others. Each video will feature students sharing performances and introducing the pieces they love, providing background information and insights into the music they are performing. Participation in the series can help students develop not only their musical skills but also their communication skills and confidence. In addition, the series is a great opportunity to connect with others who share their love for the piano. Video Requirements
- Videos should be no longer than eight minutes in length in total.
- Two separate videos may be submitted (introduction and performance).
- Record in landscape format (horizontal).
- Be aware of background noise and personal objects in the camera’s view.
- Begin and end with 3-5 seconds of time to allow for later transitions and editing
Video Content:

In the verbal introduction, the student should state:
- Student name (first only)
- Student age
- Student place of residence (city, state, country, province, etc.)
- “The piece that inspires me is ______________________ by ___________”
- Four to six sentences about what makes the piece inspiring
