The applicant must be registered prior to filling this form out and must sign a waiver that will be kept on file.
You may schedule one session using this form.
Please note there are two types of calendars (sessions for children and sessions for teen/adults with disabilities)

Children will be capped at 6 participants per session
Teens and adults will be capped at 3 participants per session

Once you have submitted this scheduling form, you will automatically be linked to a secured payment form. Sessions are reserved after payment is received. Please be sure you are registering for the correct age group.

*** Sessions must be scheduled by phone if you are within 24 hours of the desired session. It may be available but is blocked out on the calendar when it is within 24 hours of the session****

Wed. and Fri 5:30- 6:30 PM- 3-5 years old (Intensive needs)
Wed. and Fri 6:45-7:45 PM - 6-9 years old (structured play)

Fri. 8-9:30 PM - 10-13 years old- (Preteen Sensory Social Night)
***This is a drop off event

Sat. 9:15 - 10:15 AM- Toddler time 1-2 years *session requires parental involvement

Sun. 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM -3-5 year olds
(structured play)

Sat. and Sun. 10:15 AM-11:15 AM - 6-9 year olds (structured play)

Sat. and Sun. 11:30 AM -12:30 PM - 6-9 year olds (intensive needs)

Sat. and Sun. 12:30- 1:30 PM - private session (Intensive needs) * session requires parental involvement

Sat. and Sun. 1:30-2:30 PM -3-5 year olds group (intensive needs)

Sat and Sun. 2:30 - 3:30 PM Toddler time *session requires parental involvement


Sat. and Sun. 3:30 4:30 PM- private sessions for teens or young Adults *session requires parental involvement.

Please note that if you are looking to sign up and the above schedule does not fit your needs, please contact us. We may be able to make arrangements to accommodate you.

Additional sessions will be posted on the website per participant needs.
Additional drop-in sessions and special events will be scheduled after 4:30 as they become available.

Birthday parties are available to schedule on weekends after 4:30 PM
