WGNO’s Board is an exciting and engaged working board. Board members are expected to commit to the role for a minimum of two years.

Board members are required to participate in:

• A minimum of 2 events per year
• One Annual Meeting once a year
• A minimum of 6 standing board meetings
  • Board members are expected to be timely and present at every meeting with a maximum of two absences from board meetings.
• Between work within and outside of meetings, hours of commitment would probably vary between 3-5 hours per month.
• Board members are expected to participate in fundraising and development activities.
• Board members are also required to be a member of the organization, this can be done through:
  • Either an annual membership to WGNO OR
  • Participate in monthly giving that is personally significant and meaningful.

Employment Relationship external to West Grand Neighborhood Organization: Please describe any employment relationship(s) you have in addition to your employment with West Grand Neighborhood Organization.

Outside Activities: Please describe any activities in which you are engaged that may be for personal gain and could be and could be perceived as conflict-of-interest according to West Grand Neighborhood Organization’s policy, definition, and clarification statements.
