Event Registration Form

This is our 2nd year for our fun social bowling fundraiser in South County. We are funded through donations and events such as this so bring some friends and come and spend the afternoon with us.$150 per lane, for up to 6 people, included in the lane cost is shoe rental, a pitcher of soda, and a large pizza. There will be a silent auction and raffles during the event.
